Bill received his JD from the University of Colorado where he was a law review editor and valedictorian of his class and clerked for Judge Williams on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. He is a past president of the Colorado Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and has published and presented on a wide variety of topics.
